Refund policy

For all returns, please email sandandspurstileco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please follow the return guidelines below:

• Full price merchandise purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund, excluding any shipping fees.

• All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received - 100% complete and in original packaging. 

• Any items received in shrink wrap (for example, tile sets) must be returned sealed and unopened for a full refund.

• We can not process exchanges - items must be returned and a new order placed.

• All sale items are final - no returns accepted.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, except in the case of defective items or an error on our part. In these cases, return shipping costs will be refunded to the customer. 

• Any returns received that do not meet our return guidelines will be charged a 40% restocking fee.
