Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $150.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. Full-price merchandise purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

What condition must items be in for a return?

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, 100% complete and in their original packaging.

Can I return opened tile sets?

Items that were received in shrink wrap, such as tile sets, must be returned sealed and unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Are sale items eligible for returns?

No. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.

What happens if my return does not meet the return guidelines?

Returns that do not meet our return guidelines may be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us right away at sandandspurstileco@gmail.com so we can assist you.
